Computer support services include:

Service is billed at $60 per hour in 15 minute increments. This rate is the same regardless if the work is done onsite or in our shop. There is no travel charge. In our experience, hourly billing provides the best value and fairness to the customer. Most small jobs take under an hour and fixed rates usually end up costing the customer more.

You can drop off your equipment.

Depending on the nature and urgency of the situation, if you need Computer Lift to get working right away, we will arrange for you to drop off your equipment.

Computer Lift will come to you.

There is no travel charge, so relax and let us come to you. Some work may need to be done in our shop. In that case, we will pick up your equipment.
