Remote support allows us to troubleshoot and fix a wide variety of computer problems and also gives us a better idea of what to expect before we travel to you for an appointment.
We offer remote support for Windows Vista, XP, 2000, ME, & 98. You must have a working high speed internet connection.
Once you make contact with us, we will provide you with a password that allows you to download our software that connects you to our server.
You always have control of your computer and can disconnect at any time. Once the session is complete the software automatically unloads itself and leaves no trace. You may elect to keep the file in case you would like us to help in the future.
