Geoff provided some of the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. He was quick to return phone calls and worked with my schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable and affordable. My computer was infected by a virus and completely unresponsive. I was looking for a company that is fast, knowledgeable, and affordable, with great customer service. That is exactly what I found with Computer Lift. Geoff called me back immediately and set up an appt within 30 minutes. He fixed my highly infected computer and installed a great antivirus program for me. He also installed other programs to help keep my computer virus free in the future. I was pleased to have my computer back within just a couple days. Geoff is such a nice guy and great at explaining everything and answering all my questions. I had a couple of different problems with two laptops and brought them in. I was very pleased with the turnaround of the repairs. Geoff's competency and efficiency is admirable. Everyone wants to see their bills kept to a minimum, and I left with my wallet intact and a bit of advice I can use for other 'user related' computer problems. I will trust Geoff with any future concerns although I doubt if I will need to use Computer Lift soon, the PCs are in good shape and running quickly.
